NY Islanders started off strong in the first period but before they knew what happened it was 3-1 in favor of the Flyers in the third period. NY Islanders, Matt martin had two goals in the third period to tie the game up and bring it to overtime. But ultimatly Philadelphia Flyers, Andrej Meszaros scored the final overtime point to win the game for the Philadelphia Flyers.( 4-3)
It was a good game none the less and anyone who bought Philadelphia Flyers tickets were probably satisfied.
