Washington Capitals schedule brought them to New York to face our NY Islanders. The Islanders started out with the right idea and dominated defense in the first period. Kyle Okposo scored the first goal late in the first and Travis Hamonic followed up with a goal in the beginning of the second period. At this point the NY Rangers Defense fell apart and the Washington Capitals easily came back from a 2-0 deficit to end the game at 3-2 in favor of Washington Capitals. Matt Hendricks, Alexander Semin and Brooks Laich each were able to score again NY Islanders goalie Montoya. Was he drinking the night before? what happened to 30+ saves a game?
Once again the Islanders have disappointed, thank god for cheap NY Islanders tickets… at least tickets are a steal lately. I dont blame them for dropping the prices when we lose 2-0 leads.

I cant believe i wasted my money on NY Rangers tickets and even bothered going to the game just to see them give up the lead…. i totally agree
can you believe that crap im not buying ny ranger tickets ever again i went that night and we left early once washington capitals gained the lead i was too pissed
Since the merger of Live Nation and Ticketmaster has apnheped i feel as though Live Nation should stick to it's original plan of doing promotions and advertising and leave the ticket sales to the master. Greed is 1 of the all time business killers and with the system Ticketmaster already has in place along with going to livenation.com and being redirected back to ticketmaster for events they should just let things run smoothly and not complicate things by having 2 sites selling the same seats. Get it together and work as a team or split again and burn.
I was pretty hammered at the game or I wouldve left too after they lost the lead but I paid good money for my ny rangers tickets and I probably wouldve gotten a DUI on the way home
